Welcome to the FUTURE!

Today we are really pleased to announce the launch of a new HTML5 version of IMB. This latest tech release means that your favourite mountain bike magazine is now available for all the latest hardware systems and devices, using one uniform format.

The amazing thing is we have utilised the web browser to allow this to happen, meaning you are just one click away from the latest issue of IMB no matter what you are using to browse the web. Desktops, laptops, iPads, iPhones, Android, Blackberry, we have catered for it all. What is even more exciting is that we have retained all the functionality of our previous Flash version. All the videos, scrolls, thumbnails, share buttons and subscribe features work within the magazine template.

We have also integrated Touch into the new system, so if you are browsing on a touch screen device you can intuitively navigate around the magazine.

It is live NOW!

Be sure to check it out, we have a full video tutorial and also some images below to help you find you way around.

Desktop users please ensure you are using the latest version of your browser. We can’t support old versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera as we utilise new HTML5 tags. You will also notice the animated corner click and drag the page transition has gone. This is not something we will support on the new version as it slows the magazine too much for mobile devices.

Apple mobile users please ensure you are running iOS 5.
