2013 Sea Otter Pro Downhill Finals

With all the talk about 650b, you gotta be wondering why Gwin rode a 29er to win the DH at Sea Otter. Of course it isn’t a real DH track, flat, pedally and plenty of jumps, seems the Specialized crew didn’t pack a triple crown fork, all opting to ride 29ers…

“After an amazing weekend at the Sea Otter Classic with Specialized Racing, Aaron Gwin capped it off by winning the Pro Downhill on his S-Works Enduro 29. Troy Brosnan was within a second of Gwin’s time to take 7th. World 4x Champion, Anneke Beerten, had an amazing race to take 3rd on a Stumpjumper FSR 29.”
