2014 Absa Cape Epic Prologue with Specialized Racing

Check out the Specialized Racing as they prepare for the Absa Cape Epic, ensuring the bikes are running perfectly, checking out the course for the Prologue and finally riding it to sort pout the seeding places for the main event!

“In 2012 and 2013, Specialized Racing took the leaders jersey at this early stage in the race. A short and intense stage raced on mostly open singletrack, the two-man teams start as pairs and hit the course with 1-minute intervals between competitors. Will their preparation in 2014 earn them the same luxury? How will Sauser’s new teammate, Frantisek Rabon, handle the pressure of repeating as Cape Epic champions? Even though it seems like an easy start to this gruelling challenge, the prologue is as important as any other stage.”
