The new Flexair MTB gear was developed with 2015 champion Ryan Dungey

Flexair earned its stripes on the supercross track, with 2015 champion Ryan Dungey running the gear, and revolutionising motocross kits in the process. The Fox r&d team then proved Flexair’s value for downhill mountain biking by testing the gear throughout the 2015 UCI World Cup downhill season with fox MTB athletes, including champions Josh Bryceland and Steve Smith.

Mike Redding, director of MTB marketing at Fox:

“Maintaining our position as the world’s number one brand in motocross means we’re constantly innovating and the gear we’re designing for the champions of the track gives us the opportunity to share cutting edge technology with mountain athletes.”

Fox has been secretly developing & testing Flexair for the past 3 years

Born from motocross: from concept to rider, Fox has been secretly developing & testing Flexair for the past 3 years. Initially tested in 2012 by the Fox sponsored Geico Honda 250 MX Team of Justin Barcia, Trey Canard and Eli Tomac. Protype testing kicked off at the 2014 new jersey supercross and continued with Ken Roczen and Ryan Dungey wearing them during their respective championships.

Podium proven, athlete endorsed: worn by our top athletes during the 2015 UCI World Cup Downhill season, Fox Racing’s signature Flexair MTB line was born from moto and came of age on the DH circuit. When it comes to design, pushing boundaries is what we do best, and with its technical design features and next-level materials the Flexair line will keep you far out in front of the pack.
