“Its hard to prepare for long tracks, especially in the UK with relatively small hills, here is some help to survive and be fit for long trails like the Enduro world series. The idea is technique under fatigue, starting at the bottom of the hill go hard to the top of your track and then recover whilst riding downhill. when you reach the bottom collect your breath still pedaling until you reach the climb again and drop the hammer repeating the circuit. You can go as big as you want on the climb, this totaled in about 15 minutes of exercise… roughly the same size as a large EWS stage. Enjoy 🙂 Loose”
