Filipe Goes To Whistler!
Congratulations Filipe Perestrelo of Madeira Island, Portugal! Felipe won the Ride Life Gravity Edition video contest sponsored by Giant, Whistler Bike Park, and Pinkbike. He told us the story of his supermarket bike, which broke into three pieces while he was riding it during filming. His story had so much heart that the Pinkbike viewers and our judges decided Filipe was the grand prize winner of a new Giant Glory frameset. But he came so far to claim his prize – and needed a complete bike so badly – that Giant decided he should get a complete brand new Glory! Here’s the story of Filipe traveling to Crankworx Whistler 2012 to get his prize.
