The MT500 range is their top spec mountain bike range and has been a flagship of the brand for some time. The jacket has undergone a major overhaul this year and now carries the moniker MT500 II. It’s the jacket Danny MacAskill wears when he is out filming in foul weather. Constructed using ExoShell60 3 layer fabric it is extremely waterproof but also very breathable.

Talking of bags there is a new range of packs in the Endura line up! The 15L MT-500 pack features the same high-end tech you would expect from the range, bit also a removable Koroyd back protector. Koroyd is an exceedingly light material, making the MT-500 one of the lightest packs around with protection built in. It is also exceedingly breathable, essentially being lots small tubes bonded together. The protector carries the EN1621-2 Level 2 safety standard (Level 2 is better than Level 1 by the way) and it has to be the lightest protector on the market right now. Helmet carry and hydration come as standard too.
