Challenging terrain, sketchy conditions, crashes. Injuries. These are all things you face when you’re a pro enduro racer, and the Giant Factory Off-Road Team faced all that and more at Round 3 of the 2017 Enduro World Series in Madeira, Portugal. Mckay Vezina tangled with a tree and separated his shoulder, but fortunately should only miss a few weeks of action. Josh Carlson returned to competition after being out the early part of the season for the arrival of his second child.
