The Mach 4 Carbon frame is produced using our proprietary hollow core internal molding process, combined with highly optimized layup structures, tube sections, and material choices, tuned for the optimum ride-feel in every size. Frames weigh as little as 5.1lbs (2.3kg) and complete bikes are available under 22 (10kg) lbs.
The new Mach 4 Carbon features a fully redesigned rear triangle with increased stiffness and more tire clearance. The confident handling of the Mach 4 Carbon is complemented by the mid-sized 27.5” wheels with new 148mm BOOST rear hub spacing – all together, providing instant response while maintaining rolling speed through even the roughest sections of a racecourse.
A TRAIL-READY RIDE
The Mach 4 Carbon complete bikes are built with an ideal combination of components for riders seeking a fast, capable trail-ready bike. For riders seeking high performance, trail bike capability on technical terrain and high-speed descents, the sub-4 lb., 130mm travel Fox 34 embodies confidence and control. Additional complete bike highlights include Maxxis Ardent 2.35 tires and 740mm wide riser bars with shorter stems per size catering to a more trail oriented riding style.
COMPETITION-READY OPTIONS
The Mach 4 Carbon is a race-tested and proven choice. For competitive athletes, we offer the Mach 4 Carbon complete bikes with an optional XC Race package. This podium-ready build includes the very light 100mm Fox 32 Step Cast fork **, fast rolling Maxxis IKON 2.2” tires and a Phoenix Team Flat Carbon handlebar. For riders who seek to save every second, and whose primary purpose is cross-country racing, the XC Race package turns the Mach 4 Carbon into the fastest ride to the finish line.
BIKES TO FIT EVERY RIDER
The Mach 4 Carbon is available in five sizes to fit riders from 4’10” to 6’3”+ from Extra Small (XS) to Large (L) and Large (Long) options. Smaller stature riders will be happy to know that the XS frame fits a large waterbottle in the front triangle, sizes S-L all fit 2 large bottles in the front triangle.
With the Mach 4 Carbon’s very low stand over height, riders seeking the a more trail bike oriented fit are able to go up a size and run a shorter stem – the resulting longer front-center is ideal in more technical terrain. The addition of the Large (Long) to the Mach 4 Carbon line-up enables a wider size range of riders to take advantage of this fit strategy.
