Edgy, artistic and packed with awesome shred! Hugo Frixtalon is a young rider (18 yo) who rides on the World Cup DH circuit. He finished 7th in the junior category in Val di Sole. But beyond his competitiveness, he is a huge fan of videos.
Gaetan Clary (19 yo) is the producer of this video and also rides downhill bikes.
Inspired by the videos of Brandon Semenuk and Rupert Walker, we share the same desire to show the MTB from a more artistic point of view, and we join forces for new projects that will see the light of day in 2018.
In this video, we wanted to give a dark side to the video by shooting very early in the morning to have the typical fog of Les Angles in the French Pyrenees. After the first day of shooting, the snow made its appearance (not planned in the program) this meteorological hazard gave an interesting contrast between the dark images and the white snow.
Thanks to a partnership with the “Les Angles Bike Park” we were able to make a big part of this video on the new track “Blackswan”.
For the next year, our project is to present five different edits in our local spot at our local track we built.
