NEWS: Pole Bicycles announces bankruptcy

As of now, there’s no official announcement on Pole’s website or social media platforms. However, Leo Kokkonen, the founder, confirmed the news in a message to Rob Ride’s eMTB’s YouTube channel. Just three weeks back, Pole unveiled their Factory Racing team comprising Dan Slack and Onni Rainio.
Pole Bicycles, headquartered in Finland, was established in 2015 by Leo Kokkonen, an innovative designer and avid cyclist. The bikes are conceived, engineered, and produced in Finland. While the brand has stirred some controversy at times (pun unintended), its presence in the cycling industry has brought forth fresh and inventive perspectives. We’ve contacted Leo for further details and extend our best wishes to everyone at the company for their future endeavors. Hopefully, they’ll secure a buyer for the brand and/or its intellectual property, enabling them to expand upon their forward-thinking concepts.
