After suffering from an intense ankle injury, Ambassador Jo Peters has turned to cold water therapy to help her through the final stages of healing. This fall’s incredible amount of rain has brought creeks and streams to life and has provided ample opportunity for Jo to stop and smell the moss while she lets the cold water soothe her ankle and allow her to keep building back her strength on her home trails in Squamish.
