Monday Motivation Time!
Elmarie (check her insta here: @elmarieeeee ) always dreamt of riding mountainbikes. But not having a left arm stopped her from realising that dream. Over time and with a new prostate arm, she managed to gather her courage and hit the trails. Quite literally in the beginning as mountain biking has a steep learning curve. But over time skills got boosted and fears got eliminated. Watch this video as she tells her story!
