Great to see my protection sponsor G-Form supporting a new entry level grassroots Enduro race at this years TweedLove 👍👍

Endurotastic news! At last - TweedLove's intro-level enduro event is here. We're sooo pleased to tell you we've teamed up with G-Form protection to create a brand new TweedLove event, the G-Form Enjoyro

To be held late afternoon and evening on Friday 9th June, as part of the three day long TweedLove on the Green Festival in Peebles, the race is shorter and easier than TweedLove’s other enduros and has been created for riders who fancy the thrill of enduro racing but are new to the sport or worried about fitness. The G-Form Enjoyro will also cater for some younger rippers, with the minimum starting age of 12, but with 12 to 14 year olds riding in a new ‘Generations’ category where they will ride with a parent or responsible adult.

There will be three race stages, all set in Glentress, with the event village at the expo at Tweed Green and we fully expect demand to be high - entries open tomorrow evening at at 7.30pm....get IN!!

Easter holiday MTB skills

15 people interested

Stepping back from full time international racing has given me time to start working on a few new projects and one of them was to develop my coaching and work with young riders.

This Easter along with Mtb Sprocket Skills & Adventures we will be running our first Kids Easter Holiday 3 day camp for 7-14yr olds.

Im excited to start this new venture and help the next generation of MTB racers in the UK..

Today at The London Bike Show Cycling UK shared the findings from this first ever report into off road cycling...

It's a really interesting read and I hope will be the basis to help our sport grow in many areas and allow greater access to become available for us all to enjoy.
Also great to see how important cycling off road is for so many peoples physical and mental health...

When I knew I would be stepping down from full time Enduro World Series racing at the end of 2015 I really wanted to find a young up and coming talent that Trek could nurture and give the opportunity of a Factory team support, great bikes and hopefully the final step of the ladder up to winning races...

I first met Katy at a British Cycling XC training camp a few years ago and soon realised this little junior could ride a bike as she showed me round a hot lap of Dalby Forest World Cup XC track! Pretty soon later that Katy realised that the DH bits of XC racing were the fun bits and what she wanted to do and started out racing Enduro..!!

I am happy to say that Trek also saw the potential in Katy, and what a great personality she is, a great bubbly positive character to have around the team is really important and I really hope that in time Katy will be on that top step of an EWS podium....

I first met Eric over 15yrs ago as he worked for one of the companies that sponsored the team I rode for at the time.
A few years later I found myself out in the US and went to stay with Eric and Sadie just as they were setting up their company deity components. Fast forward a few short years and they have created an amazing business with great product and have supported so many riders along the way.
As soon as I had the opportunity to work with Deity in 2012 we started work on a signature handlebar... fast forward 5 yrs and I see loads of my T-MO bars all over the cool.

Sadie and Eric are two of the nicest people you could meet and to see what they have achieved with Deity is amazing...:I can't wait to see their big launch of new product at the end of this month.:..

Have a read of this great interview to find out more about them and Deity

With the generous support from the MTB community Lorraine raised money to help with her ongoing rehab.
Here is an update on Lorraine's long journey of recovery....please keep supporting Lorraine and follow her blog here -

She is a fighter, a huge inspiration and I hope to see her back on a bike one day x
