Lezyne have always been know for their beautifully crafted pieces of biking gear and the Tech Drive HV is no exception. The main barrel and shaft are made of CNC aluminium and have a minimalist design. Inside the pump is a hose, which you need to remove from the top and attach to the bottom in order to inflate a tyre. The hose has a Schrader valve at one end and Presta at the other. The hose means you can grip the shaft firmly with your hand and not have to worry about trying to keep the valve connected to the pump. The pumping action is smooth and the tyre inflates fairly quickly. It is the lightest pump in the test and performs very well indeed.

Verdict

Sexy stylish and very functional, you won’t be disappointed when you have to dig this out of your bag to pump up that flat!
