#motivationalmonday Comfort zone < Magic 💖 This picture was taken a day after I had ended up in hospital on my first day in @lapomabikepark with severe sprained fingers and road rash from an huge OTB on one of these big jumps. I was absolutely petrified and was convinced I had ruined my trip. The next morning I wrapped up my cuts, taped my fingers and told my comfort zone to f*ck off. The feeling I got by finally getting through these jumps I never thought I could and proving myself wrong is a feeling that will stay with me forever. I can’t emphasise enough how much one little step out of your comfort zone will help you grow. You can’t control some situations or outcomes but you can definitely control your attitude and how you deal with it 💕 • Picture @moonhead_media

2019 is well and truly underway now, and we are stoked on another fantastic year of mountain biking. Shock horror spring might have sprung already outside the office, and it’s great to get back on the trails! This issue we talk to Dan and Gee Atherton about racing and catch up with Brendan Fairclough and crew to talk about Rampage 2018.
