Deuter are one of the leading pack brands in the industry, hailing from Germany they came to Eurobike 2015 with a whole new bag of tricks, excuse the pun! (Actually don’t excuse it, I quite like that one…) Anyway thier new Attack 20 pack won a coveted Eurobike Award and it is easy to see why the judges liked it so much. The Attack range is packed with innovative features to ensure you have a comfortable day out on the trails with all your gear.

In addition to being able to carry stuff, the Attack features a SAS-TEC back protector, this material is soft and pliable under normal conditions, but hardens on impact. This makes it perfect for use in MTB gear where you want to be manoeuvrable but still need protection. The back protector integrates with their Shield System which incorporates the whole of the back of the pack and the straps too. The system is designed to proved plenty of ventilation but also maximum comfort and fit to ensure there is minimal movement of the pack during hard riding.

Further adjustment straps allow you to easily loosen the connection to your back, this provides more ventilation whilst climbing, whilst still keeping the pack stable. When you start to descend you can then tighten the adjustment straps and lock the pack down for aggressive riding.
