Features: 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8mm hex keys, Torx T25 and T30, Schrader Valve Adjuster, flat blade screwdriver, Philips screwdriver, 10sp chain breaker, 14/15 gauge spoke tools and a mini shock pump.

When you take a look at the Toolmantor 3 you instantly think that’s it, that’s the end of multitools as we know it, this one has it all. A shock pump on a multitool? Surely not! But delving a little deeper and using the tool in trail situations we found a few issues. The chain breaker is excellent, but the shock pump we struggled to make much use of. We tried adding air and it didn’t really seem to make any difference. The shock pump also makes it tricky to get good purchase when undoing tricky bolts. Fold it out of the way or it will get bent. While the rest of the tools work well the headline grabbing shock pump seems to be a bit of a sheep in wolves clothing. We love the idea of it, and for minor trail adjustments it is fine, but for anything more serious than that a real shock pump would be far superior.

Verdict

On paper it beats everything here, but practically it seems to have one too many tools to make it effective.
